Once authorized, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the product’s purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns. This restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.

Please note the following important restrictions regarding returns:

• Electrical components, installed parts, or any items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging are strictly non-returnable due to safety and liability concerns.
